Fire Rescue Unit
A Fire Rescue Unit equipped with a water tank and 60m fire hose, a standpipe with a coupler to fit municipal fire hydrants, a suction pump to enable pumping from swimming or splash pool if necessary, and fire beaters.

Call out fees will be charged for the following:
- Setting of alarms
- Closing of doors / windows
- Switching on electricity / transformers
- Loading pre-paid electricity
- Collecting/delivering of keys
- Testing alarm / Technical assistance with faulty alarms
- Service & Refill of Fire Extinguishers

- TELEGRAM PAGING – R 50.00/month (National) – unlimited
- TELEGRAM PAGING – R150.00/month (International) – unlimited
- FIELD SECURITYAPP – R750-00 (Once Off)

Costs:

- MONTHLY MONITOR FEE – R400.00 ALARM system
- ANNUAL LICENSE FEE – R130.00
Key Control for bookings:
An individual Key Register is kept for every house. Guests need to present a key collection confirmation from Owner/Agent, and then complete and sign the register when collecting keys. When keys are returned, we ensure, via our Control Monitoring system, that the alarm is set.
This service is available at a monthly cost of R100.00.
FIELD SECURITY ALARM APP:
The Hybrid is a highly featured fast GSM based unit with VHF fallback capability for reliable transmission of alarm signals to a base unit and includes GSM jamming detection to fallback to radio alarms.
You will be able to monitor and control your alarm system from anywhere in the world.
The Field app allows you to be in control and aware of whatever is happening at your home, even when you are not there.
With the APP you will be able to:
– Arm, disarm or stay arm different areas of your home as set up by the technician.
– Bypass specific zones, when in use, to prevent triggering an alarm.
– Receive alerts when the alarm is triggered and know where on your property the intrusion occurred.
– Check whether your alarm system is armed or not.
– Open and close your gate or garage door, switch your lights, pool pump etc. on or off.
– See if there is AC power at your house.
– Identify the different areas or partitions of your home by customizing area and zone names.
– Access a history of events via the event log.

Telegram Notifications:
Telegram sends you notifications via a data platform from our office to your mobile anywhere in the world.
Sms get sent from our control room to Vodacom and we rely on them to send the notification to our client, whereas with telegram it is more reliable via our own data platform, and if for some reason the platform is not available it will be sent via sms as a backup.
Please make use of the TELEGRAM service to evolve with us in keeping up to date with all the latest technology to ensure your own safety and security to get all the advantages.
Telegram Panic:
The BIG advantage that you get is a free panic on the telegram app which sends our control room a pin location from your mobile telephone, this means that you do not have to be in range of your property to call us for an emergency. If you for example took a game drive and have an emergency you can simply press a panic via the app and we can respond to your current location.
